Sustainable Logistics Center in Upper Austria

For our client, we had the opportunity to realize a truly exceptional project: the construction and equipping of a new logistics center with state-of-the-art loading technology. We not only handled the delivery but took full responsibility for the entire planning and implementation of the loading bays—a project successfully completed within an extremely tight construction schedule.

A total of 35 loading bays were installed, ensuring maximum efficiency, safety, and reliability. The concept is complemented by 10 high-speed interior doors serving as room dividers, enabling seamless workflows within the warehouse.

The planning and construction period for the logistics building—spanning over 10,900 m²—and the 800 m² office space was extremely compressed. With a fixed handover date, all parties involved faced significant time pressure. Thanks to excellent collaboration and our extensive expertise in loading technology and industrial doors, we met the deadline successfully.

This project was even honored with the 2014 Austrian State Prize for Architecture and Sustainability—a testament to the perfect integration of functionality, economic efficiency, and sustainability.

We are proud to have played a key role in this innovative project by planning and implementing 35 loading bays and 10 high-speed doors. Our work not only enhanced the facility’s logistical performance but also created a future-proof, holistic solution.
