An industrial client from Upper Austria faced exactly this challenge: the company premises needed to be protected around the clock without disrupting daily operations. During the day, vehicle traffic had to flow quickly and smoothly, while at night a complete closure of the site was required.

Our solution: an intelligent combination of a cantilever sliding gate and a modern barrier system – individually planned, precisely implemented, and perfectly tailored to the customer's operational needs. This project clearly demonstrates how safety and efficiency can go hand in hand when planning, technology, and experience come together.

Together with the customer, we analyzed the local conditions and daily traffic flows. The main challenge was to design a system that guarantees controlled access during operating hours and secure closure outside of them.

Our experts in metal construction, gate, and security systems developed a concept that combines both needs: a controlled barrier system manages vehicle traffic during the day, while a stable, cantilever sliding gate ensures complete site protection at night.

Even during the concept phase, special attention was given to user-friendliness, low maintenance, and a sturdy design capable of long-term, trouble-free performance even under heavy use.

The installed sliding gate was custom-built and features an exceptionally stable steel construction. The cantilever design offers crucial advantages: with no floor-mounted track, dirt, ice, or snow cannot obstruct its movement. This ensures reliable performance even under harsh weather conditions.

After business hours, the motorized gate automatically closes and locks the entire premises. This protects the area against unauthorized access and keeps equipment and goods safe. The integrated safety control allows manual or remote operation if special access or emergency situations arise.

During the day, the installed barrier system takes over access control. Vehicles can enter and exit the premises quickly, as the electronic control ensures smooth traffic management. At the same time, safety remains guaranteed – only authorized persons and vehicles are granted access.

The combination of a robust drive unit, precise control technology, and low‑maintenance components ensures reliable everyday operation. In cooperation with our company’s new electrical engineering department, the entire control system was individually programmed and perfectly integrated with the client’s existing infrastructure. The result is a well‑designed, energy‑efficient, and durable overall solution.

Beyond functionality, we also focused on the visual appearance. The sliding gate and barrier system blend harmoniously into the overall site, reflecting the professionalism of the company.
